I was lied to by Morena Mia in violation of the Revival Set and Atlas CA and Mexico's Consumer Protection Act (CPA). They willfully MISREPRESENT this device with false and misleading claims both in advertising, online videos and in person demonstrations. They tell you this device was developed for them by NASA and that it has a solid gold applicator tip designed to work their magic creams deep into the layers of your skin. They lie about their products abilities and make you believe if you buy their expensive face creams and overpriced handheld device you’ll never need a facelift. After leaving the store I discovered the TRUTH and attempted to return all items but was denied a refund. I reviewed the Patents for this device and they lied about the extent of the patent approval simply to mislead and make a sell which is in clear violation of the CPA and the patent approval for this device. This device is not FDA-approved as they claim, it is only FDA cleared! FDA-cleared does not mean FDA-approved and marketing it as such is considered misbranding under FDA rules. Additionally, they lie and tell you this device was designed for “full skin rejuvenation, elasticity improvement and anti-aging treatments” both in advertising and in online videos and in person instructions and demonstrations. This is also a lie because the patent for this device was only approved for the “treatment of peri orbital wrinkles (crows feet) and NOTHING ELSE! When you buy the product they UNKNOWINGLY have you sign a nonrefundable form. Then when you discover their deception they find every excuse in the book to not allow you to return these products which were sold under false pretense and they hide behind their nonrefundable trick thus entrapping your money. This deception and in clear violation of the CPA and the FTC patent for which the device was approved.

This company also operates as Morena Mia or Natural Beauty TB in PR and other caribbean and Mexico travel points. I was lied to by Morena Mia Natural Beauty TB in violation of the Puerto Rico consumer’s law DACO where the product was sold. It is 100% a scam.

This company is a scam. They work out of the port in Costa Maya as Morena Mia. They also work out of the Cancun airport under the same name. They are in other locations working under different names. They misrepresent their products, make false promises and cheat you out of thousands of dollars. They will not tell you that when you sign your credit card receipt that it states all sales final. No returns! They will also come after you saying you signed a finance plan and what you paid in store was only a down payment. They never give you a copy of this so called finance agreement until you try and dispute it. They will produce a document with an electronic signature saying that you signed it. They are the worst! Never buy anything from them!!! They have got to be stopped!

As I was heading to my flight a month ago in Cancun, 15 min till boarding, Salesperson and his associate pulled my husband and I into their kiosk "Morena Mia Beauty" and applied lotions and a IR-Red light laser. The results were kinda miraculous on my forehead and neck. Their gimmick is to apply and sell tightener under eyes for hundreds of dollars. When he said the price, $7500 for the laser ($10,000 online) I do not know what came over me. Trustpilot reviews were good, I was in a hurry, I want to look good as I age, and mostly I wanted to get outta there and not disappoint the pushy salesperson. I did not even have $100 to spend on that, let alone $7500. It makes me sick. And then he added $1200 in tax last minute, saying I would get it back. Later I find out I'll only get a portion of it back. We will see if that happens. Update: I got no money back. They sent me another useless product instead. And does my skin look better after using laser 3x/week and the lotions he included for "free" ? NO. After leaving their kiosk a salesman from another kiosk tried to grab me to sell very similar extremely expensive products! Its a very high pressure sales atmosphere as you wait for your plane. I see now based on reviews elsewhere that I could have bargained the price down to half. And several Spacetouch Reviver lasers, same as mine, have been offered on Poshmark for months at prices $1000-$2000. I asked salesman if I would ever need anything else to go with the laser. He said no. But it turns out, there are ampoules and other light heads to purchase, to fully utilize the laser. He tried to sell me these a few days later when I texted him with concerns. Im not sure Ill ever get over the guilt of being taken in by this
