After booking this in October last year myself and my son were beyond excited to finally be going to see the show about our idol.
I simply cannot believe that the organisers are allowed to take people's hard earned money for this absolutely disgraceful, second rate show , in my opinion our local village amateur dramatic society could have produced much better.
There is hardly a day goes by without hearing an Elvis song playing in our house at some point so to see a tribute which was more about Sam Bell, someone who knew Elvis when he was 12 was carried out we were so disappointed.
It got to the point that we had to leave at the halfway interval rather than put ourselves through any more torture.
To add insult to injury when we asked to speak to the manager , who , incidentally didn't seem surprised that we were leaving , she told us that her name was "Pricilla" !!! Come on love ! Don't you think you have taken the micky out of us enough .
In summary, the only reason I have given a 1 star is because there is no facility to give it a minus 10.

If there was a zero star I would have…
If there was a zero star I would have ticked that!
I can't find enough words of how shit this was yesterday. 2 hours of my life completely wasted not to mention the £75!

WARNING - DO NOT GO - Cancel if possible.
WARNING - THIS IS A TOTAL £214 RIP OFF for each of us.
To say this event was a disappointment would be a gross understatement. (See Tripadvisor for confirmation of all the many very bad reviews).
Room One – “NBC Studio”
1. The entire presentation was an embarrassing and amateurish mess—cringe worthy from start to finish.
While the actors gave it their all, the production, choreography, and script were so poorly executed that I imagine the performers must have questioned their own career choices. This was at a lower standard than anything I’ve witnessed at my grandchildren’s school plays—even seven year olds. You could have got a school music teacher to choreograph this better.
2. The layout—stacked wooden boxes with attendees gathered around—suggested a prelude to something grander. Nothing happened.
Was there a story? If so, no one understood it.
3. Why was there a Black airman portrayed as a companion of Elvis? Elvis served in the Army, and I’ve found no historical record of such a friendship or association. This baffled many audience members.
4. The room resembled a storage facility more than any kind of studio.
5. As we were ushered out, people exchanged disbelieving looks, stunned by what they had just endured.
6. Whoever choreographed this segment should be replaced, along with anyone who approved it as even marginally acceptable.
Room Two – flat seating pews
1. The only redeeming aspect of this half-hour waste of time was the wide screen (but thin and narrow).
2. The presentation was meant to show the “evolution” of Elvis’s life. It failed miserably.
As an Elvis fan with a reasonably deep knowledge, even I couldn’t discern a coherent narrative. For those who attended simply for the music, without prior knowledge of his life story, would have left no wiser than when they arrived.
3. Who wrote this screenplay? Was it an intern on their first day?
4. Again, there were puzzled expressions all around as we exited.
Room Three – “Blue Hawaii” (Refreshment Pit stop)
1. This is Britain—yet there was no tea or coffee. It felt like a calculated move to boost alcohol revenue.
2. Two large cloth screens projected what I assume was meant to be entertainment. It wasn’t.
The same five short video clips were repeated in a continuous loop. By the time we left, we’d seen them about ten times. With Elvis’s massive video archive, surely someone could have created a longer, more engaging sequence tailored to the break duration.
Room Four – Theatre
1. After one and a half hours of uninspired tedium, morale was low.
2. We'd barely seen or heard the Elvis we know and cherish—brief glimpses at best, despite many attendees travelling across the country at great expense.
3. Thankfully, the final 30 minutes were lively and redeeming.
4. Without this final segment, I’d have demanded my money back.
Room Five – Café
Ok, BUT – while the girl singer was giving her best, it should have been a GOOD Elvis impersonator.
There are literally hundreds in the UK, and most would love the work, even at minimum wage. A female cannot possibly put out any ‘Elvis’ vibe at all (and there was none), however good a singer she may be.
The VIP area - which cost £300 is in a worse position than everyone else, and was just a rope!
Souvenir Shop
1. The selection was pitiful. Elvis memorabilia is vast, and yet you offered almost nothing.
There should’ve been everything from £1.50 key rings to higher-end items across a thoughtful range.
2. The few items on offer (20ish) were exorbitantly priced, which explained why most people browsed and walked out empty-handed.
3. At music events like this, souvenir sales are bustling. In your case, it was the opposite.
A modest local shopkeeper would have done a better job, despite your resources.
4. They lost a lot of additional revenue.
Overall Experience
The marketing was grossly misleading. It promised a stunning, once-in-a-lifetime electronic experience. What we got was third-rate, poorly executed, and frankly insulting.
Was this a bait-and-switch? Where were the cutting-edge visuals? Did they ever exist?
My local village community group could have delivered a more coherent and entertaining experience.
CONCLUSION
1. They need to hire a professional choreographer and a seasoned production specialist to overhaul Rooms 1–3 and the shop.
Room 4 was the only saving grace.
2. They need to hire an Elvis impersonator(s)
THEY NEED TO DO THIS URGENTLY
OR WILL NOT RECOVER FROM THIS RIP-OFF.
Since arriving back home I’ve seen several reviews echoing my views. The event was dire.
My total cost for the trip was £214, plus four hours on a crowded train and another hour on the Underground.
I heard several foreign languages (German/Dutch/Italian) – I dread to think how much this fiasco cost them in travel and hotels?
THANKS FOR NOTHING.

This is a 0 star rating what a complete…
This is a 0 star rating what a complete waste of time and money. Nothing like they advertised no HOLOGRAM like first advertised. Cash grab scheme charging £10 a drink after sitting in a room watching "actors" make fools of themselves. Saying EP over and over again his name is Elvis Presley not EP!!!!!! Not the only ones who walked out of this shit show. Complained to manager who obviously not interested that they are scamming people. Want a really good concert go and see ABBA VOYAGE not this willy wonka shit show

Abysmal!
Shocking - the first half of the show was boring and the seats were horrendously uncomfortable. The second half was a little better but nothing to write home about. The actors and musicians did their best under the circumstances but sadly the show will probably have a negative impact on their CVs. Simply don't bother.

Where do I start
Where do I start?
I could only afford the basic ticket £150 for 2 people. The description of “immersive” experience, I would take very loosely! The whole experience is 1 hour 30mins with a 20min interval!!!
If you are a true fan and know Elvis’ story the first half is a total waste of time.
The second half is better and you do feel more immersed in the show but it’s so short lived that you feel robbed of having a really good time.
The bar areas are good, but expensive and the toilets were very nice…..important to some! The band were great and the performers worked hard, not their fault the script and storyline was poor.
I could go on but I’ll summarise; really not worth the money, google his life story, look at all the amazing photos you will find, watch his films and definitely watch the 68 Special because I believe you’ll have a better experience!!

Whilst we had read the negative reviews…
Whilst we had read the negative reviews we thought as we had the tickets we would see for ourselves.
If anyone has tickets for future events, cut your losses and save on train, food etc and don't bother going. You will be so disappointed. Poor Elvis must be turning in his grave at the monstrosity of this production. All the bad reviews are true, in fact they are too polite! The true experience is even worse than the worst reviews!

Oh my..what a let down
Oh my... wish I had read the reviews and not the incorrect marketing narrative. This was not as expected and definitely not wotlrth the price. The audio was terrible so as we entered the first "area", we thought we were just waiting for the show... but no we were ushered to the second area "a train" and we still have no idea why... or what happened on the train as the sound was inaudible. We then had to wait in a bar before going to the "concert"....which was the only decent part, but only a few songs... not at all what we were expecting. You sort of knew straight away this wasn't going to be good as there were signs everywhere saying not to abuse staff as they put thier heart and soul into it. To be fair they did but the production and audio was terrible and it was no where near what was advertised.... I would not recommend this day out
