Fantastic experience purchasing from Elma! I immediately fell in love with a Chanel piece that she had just received and posted to her stories. She didn't have any pictures ready when I reached out (since she had only just received the item herself) but she very quickly took dozens of clear pictures and a video of the product so that I'd be comfortable with my purchase decision.
