ZERO communication all of the sudden.
Started by purchasing custom dies from them. We had to get a few replacements along the way. Everything was smooth, communication was great and the product worked very well. Then, suddenly all communication stopped. We reached out numerous times, emailed the person we were told to contact, emailed the general email through their website. Nothing. After a few months of absolutely zero communication from them, we order our custom dies from another company.
