Super excited about my new boots! So hard to find a good over-the-knee boot in different colors!

Melissa was so understanding and helpful. The shoes are fabulous, l will enjoy wearing them.

I put the wrong size down for a pair a shoes in my order and they got back with me within 24 hours and fixed my problem. Great customer service

Follow up on order, follow up with emails great communication

I added a pair of sunglasses at the last minute and they might be my favourite part of the order. They're light on my face and the shape works with most of my summer clothes.

I haven’t received my shoes yet but customer service was fantastic they really cared

They were great in responding to my E mail . I received a text message with in seconds . Hassle free , no issues at all. It was an address issue and they took care of it in seconds.

Delivery took close to two weeks, but the tracking was active from dispatch until it reached me. The parcel was packed neatly and none of the clothes had any marks or damage.
