I needed to return something-only return option is to China for 300 dollars. Twice the cost of the outfit. Ridiculous.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered a cocktail dress from this site. The image showed a blue sequins dress and the price was marked down to about $82 USD from $164. The description even stated “women’s mini sequins cocktail”. When the product arrived, the dress was not anything like the photo. It was a cheap polyester knit with horrible embroidery. No sequins- no cocktail appearance. This company sold an item under false advertising for over $80. When I contacted the returns department they stated that I could send the dress back at my expense to China with a 15% restocking fee. The cost to ship is astronomical. They then offered for me to keep the item for a 10% refund. ($8?!?!?) they offered this because they want to promote environmentally friendly options to avoid a co2 emissions. They care about CO2 but not cheating their customers. This company is unethical and misleading- Do NOT purchase from this company. If i had spend $10 on this dress- like SHEIN, id excuse the fake advertisement. But $80?? This is unreal….. I don’t know how this is legal with consumers.

Do not waste your time or money - after waiting weeks, you will receive a cheap flea market version of whatever you saw pictured on their website that will not be anything close to what you saw of they described. Not worth the aggravation, find the actual website selling the item they stole the pictures from and purchase there instead!

I ordered a very attractive 'LINEN' pant outfit. What arrived was a synthetic knock off that vaguely resembled the pictured outfit in the ad but made of a synthetic slippery material. After several emails in which I enclosed a photo of the outfit clearly advertising it as LINEN, I was promptly told my alternatives...accept a 20% refund or return the item to China ( expensive postage) with no clear indication my refund would be forthcoming. Ouch! I was badly burned. Beware!

I am so disappointed with this coat on multiple levels. First, the quality is extremely low — the fabric feels flimsy and cheap, and the overall make is poor. Second, the color is wrong; it does not match the photos or the color I ordered. Finally, the price is far too high for what you actually get. This feels overpriced for such a low-quality item. I can not wear it. It is literally in the dumpster. I would not buy this again and do not recommend it to others.

Ordered a dress that arrived and the size is too small. I have emailed them 3x for return instructions with no response. Their customer service number states to contact them via email and then hangs up. There is a 30 day return window so I am not feeling confident in their business practices and will not order from this company again. BUYERS BEWARE!

Item does not match the picture. Returns have to be sent back to China at customers cost. Terrible quality.

Do not buy from them. My shoes came from China. It took forever and and didn't fit right. I wanted a refund, but I had to send them back to China, which would cost as much as the shoes themselves. Terrible experience I won't order from them again. Lesson learned on comments like "easy refunds."
