The dress delivered is terrible; it is thin as paper, ill-fitting, not what was represented online, and to get a refund, you have to pay $30 to ship it all the way back to China. Horrible.

This product is cheap & not as described. It comes from Asia. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals - they are flimsy & unwearable. Very low quality.

Whatever you do, do not buy from this website. It is a brand new company that was just established in early 2026. They pretend they they’re from the United States, when in fact, it’s just garbage shipped from China. They lie and say 30 day hassle free return returns. It’s anything but free, and is a tremendous hassle. They expect you to ship the products back to China, arranging for all of the import export paperwork, and to pay a 15% restocking fee. It’s a complete joke and a fraud. Run from this website.

The product I received was not anything like the photo on their website. The skirt of the dress was only about 1/4 of the material shown and the quality was extremely poor. Their answer when I asked to return was ‘we will give you 10% of your money back or you can pay all of the shipping fees and we will also take a 15% restocking fee’. Horrible customer service. Strongly recommend you think twice before ordering from this company.

Took over 2 weeks to receive my order & when the bag finally arrived it was terrible quality. Clearly there is no quality assurance conducted before shipping. I will never order through this misleading company again.

They are thieves and liars. Ordered a pair of size 5 orthopedic sandles and they sent me wrong size. They also are lopsided and have zero support- you will need an orthopedic doctor if you wear these. they refuse to pay for return shipping. They made a mistake and make it my problem. do not order on this site!!

I would consider this site a scam - the product I received was not as pictured and it's quality was exceedingly poor. Additionally, they advertise "hassle free" return but the two options are 10% of the total back and to not return the product or 85% of the total back and you have to cover the shipping costs back to the China warehouse... Either way you do not get a full refund and if their other products are anything like what I received, you're bound to be disappointed and out the $ you spent. I would recommend finding a similar product elsewhere, if they have something you really want.

This company is a scam! I ordered a jacket--I'm normally a size extra-small and sized up to a medium and I can't even zip the thing up--It is sized for a child. And it's so unbelievably cheaply made that I wouldn't wear it even if it did fit. Read the fine print--it claims "easy returns" and "30-day money back guarantee," but you're dealing with a company in China, and you have to mail it back to China, plus the company takes a 15% restocking fee. So you end up with no refund and even more money paid to ship it back. But they'll offer you a 10% refund so that you don't have to mail it back. Wow, a whopping $5 on my $50 order. I learned my lesson, so I'm now saving you all the hassle and loss of $.
