I purchased a pair of shoes advertised as orthopedic sneakers. These shoes took 3 weeks to arrive, and it turns out they have absolutely no arch support. So they’re not orthopedic. I contacted the company to return the shoes and was informed I would have to pay for shipping back to CHINA. Went to the local shipping store and discovered the cost of shipping to China would cost more than I originally paid for the shoes. Plus they said return packages to China usually come back, refused by China’s customs. Terrible experience with this company. Don’t waste your money!

I want to return a top that is a wrinkled mess not like the photo and cheap quality. To do so, have to send it back to China. I hate it when sellers don’t tell you that. It is in their policy, but small print. Won’t ever go there again.

I had a horrible experience with this company! I Ordered a pair of “Merrill” sandals and it took weeks for them to Arrive. When they did I received a size 36 and I wear a 38. I emailed the company to Attempt to exchange them for the correct size and they told me that I ordered a size 36 and that I would need to mail the shoes back to China and wait 4-6 weeks for them to be received and reviews before I could get an exchange and return shipping is at my own cost. I already spent $58 to buy what appears to be a cheap fake pair of supposed Merrill’s and I’m not going to pay for shipping to China and then hope they honor my exchange! The companies we diete says 30 day hassell free returns which is definitely not accurate. I would warn people to think twice before buying from this company! BAD EXPERIENCE!!

One star is too many! Terrible company to deal with not to mention really poor quality merchandise, bad fit, cheap materials. They claim easy no hassle returns which is anything but the truth. I asked to return the items I purchased and was told that I had to ship merch back to China and according to UPS this would cost several hundreds of dollars for 5 pieces of clothing. I don't imagine this company will be around long and I filed a dispute with my CC company. I've never seen anything like it and will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. Terrible company. Never use again. Ordered a size US 5.5 ladies of orthopedic grey suede shoes. Received a size 37–two sizes larger than my 35 size foot. Also, quality was so so bad. There was nothing orthopedic about them—no support anywhere, so flimsy. Sought return. Customer service says they confirmed they sent the right size. Don’t know how that’s possible since the order says 5.5 and the shoes I have in hand say 37. So, they can give me a 30% refund or I can pay to ship them to China. Unbelievable.

Totally inaccurate sizing. Returns are absolutely not hassle free as their website says. You pay for shipping cost and customs clearance fees and taxes. If you want a hassle free experience do not order from here.

No where on their website does it say their items shipped from China. My order arrived almost 2 weeks after I ordered. 99% of the time I wear a large. Do, that’s what I ordered. My items are too small. I contacted them and was told I have to send them back to China. Never again will I purchase from anyone online that I don’t do research on. It’s just not worth it.

Purchased the Isabella Wide Leg "Linen" pants in Sm: Horrible quality! Opened up a package to find generic made fat pants. These are essentially super cheap, factory made polyester pants with strings hanging from the inseam. They don't even have a tag or label specifying the manufacturer, nor is there a contents description to name the fabric (Most likely to mask the use of cheap polyester materials- NO linen here). Tired of these scam clothing shops: THIS IS ANOTHER VERSION OF TEMU. AVOID THIS SELLER!! Making matters worse their "call line" is another scammy voicemail, redirecting all support to "email", where an automated system placates the purchaser into keeping junk clothes due to all of their return "fees". What a joke site. Sorry I purchased here. Thanks.
