While the site is easy to navigate with good photos, delivery times are long and quality of goods poor. The company lists a USA address, but everything is made and ships from China. Their return policy is terrible. You can return items within 30 days, but at the cost to the consumer. The shipping costs are very high and it’s international shipping. Their site is misleading about returns being hassle free. It’s anything but hassle free. Their sizing isn’t accurate so don’t plan on making exchanges easily or relatively cheap. Proceed with caution. Far better USA companies to support and buy from without being scammed.

I purchased a size 7 pair of shoes which arrived 10 days later. I received a size 38 which is too big. The bag was ripped. One of the shoes has a crease. The shoes look cheap and not as pictured on the website. I was offered 15% refund to keep them or I can ship them back to China for a full refund. Since the return will cost me $35-$40, I asked for a credit and will be taking these to Goodwill. The person I communicated with was responsive and friendly although not helpful, and it’s all fairness it’s not her fault the company’s return policy is lacking.

They would give them a zero if possible. I ordered a boho dress . It was like paper, and the fit was like a bag. It was horrible, nothing like the pic. Tried to return it and thy gave me an international address. The website I ordered said free returns within 30 days. They offered 30% of your money, or you have to return to China. I would advise to never purchase anything from there. They are a scam.

First I was disappointed when the shipping said my shoes would arrive August 26, and they didn’t arrive until September 10.. I figured I’d still keep them, but when they arrived they were cheap materials, unlike the photos, and way smaller than true size. I will be returning and don’t recommend ordering with this company.

This is incredibly cheaply made Asian fast fashion. What arrived I wouldn't let my dog wear. Unfortunately their return policy is even more ridiculous. The customer is expected to incur the shipping cost back to Asia AND pay a 15% restocking fee. It's easier to donate the crap to Goodwill and mark it up as a lesson learned.

Do not order from them. I placed my order and it was approved, got confirmation, and they charged my card. Got an email two days later saying they were unable to ship to my address (Anchorage, AK) since it was 'rural' with no warning or pop up in the checkout process. I asked for refund, they said "since it's already processed we cannot cancel it" and asked me to give them a "friend or family's address to ship to" and would not refund for the product they would not ship me. After disputing on my credit card and going through that whole process they refunded me with no apology. They source their stuff from international factories and are extremely unprofessional in how they process it.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Claim to be US company but clothes ship out of China take 2 weeks to deliver, real item is a cheap knockoff version of what they show on website, and the buyer has to send returns to China their own cost AND the return has to be fully received and processed by them within 30 days in CHINA. Yoi can keep the shitty fake item they sent you and get a 30% refund. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

The most disappointing purchase I ever made online and I have made hundreds. The merchandise I received was not wearable, and not as represented. I purchased a dress that was as sheer as a nylon, stocking and not wearable. The return policy…that’s even funnier. Send it back to China at almost the cost of the dress. This company sends an inordinate amount of emails, but when it comes to Customer Service, there isn’t any.
