Purchased a winter coat from them that looked warm and fluffy. It turned out very thin and more like a jacket. It looks very cheaply made. The sizing is very small also. I wear a medium to large and purchased an XL to allow room for winter sweaters and bulky clothing. The coat is too tight with a thin shirt on. I contacted them for a refund and they said that I could return it, but I had to pay shipping overseas and gave me an address for the return. Be aware and stay away from these people.

BUYER BEWARE! Do Not Recommend Elle Charleston I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Elle Charleston. I ordered a taupe dress based on the pictures on their website, but received a black dress that looked nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted customer service to ask how to return the dress, I was told I would have to pay for international return shipping to China or accept a 10% refund. After arguing with them, they increased the offer to just 15%. It is ridiculous that a customer should have to pay expensive international shipping or accept a tiny partial refund when the item received is not what was advertised. I am now out $60 for a dress I didn't want and cannot reasonably return. This feels like a scam, and I wish I had researched the company more carefully before ordering. Please be cautious and read the return policy before buying from Elle Charleston. I would not recommend this company.

New customer placed order for size 8.5 shoe and when confirmation came back it was for a size 4???? Tried to call the customer service number but could not speak with anyone. Sent email as advised by recording on customer service number and waiting to get answer. Very disappointed as first experience with your company

I was excited when I came across their website and saw that their shoes came in size 13. I’m a tall girl with larger feet. I ordered a size 13 shoe and when the shoes came only about 4 inches of my foot could fit in the shoes. the shoes are super small about 5 to 6 sizes too small when I ask for a refund they said they would give me 20% of a refund and for me to keep the shoes when they did the refund it ended up being seven dollars going back to my card. It’s a rip off I will never order from this company again. The shoes are not true size.

BEWARE-Make sure you read the Refund Policy for this 'company'. You have to ship your 'product' back to China! My slippers came in a different material that I ordered and the size they call 9.5, is really like an 8.5. They say Free Shipping but they charged a 'processing fee' as well. All I requested was a prepaid return label and I was even willing to pay a 15% restocking fee, and they would not do it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The merchandise looks nothing like the quality on their pictures! Wish I read these before I ordered! I ordered 2 dresses. The only way I can describe the material was like a thin shower curtain. They were wrap dresses with no buttons or ties on the inside wrap so it was basically like putting on a bathrobe. I contacted them about a return. They gave me the address (China). After over a month, the tracking says it’s still in customs?! I’ll never see a dime back! Spent over $150 and then another $40 for return shipping - so now out almost $200!

It is a frustrating scam once I started the order. It said cancellation was available in 15 minutes but they would not let me do anything prior to that 15 minutes had passed. It took 15 days for the package to come. Then the return was not as they advertised at all. It was frustrating, time consuming with additional expense of returning through international shipping. It used all the tactics to get money. Strongly recommend not to buy from this company.
