Nok engang hoppede jeg på annoncen, bestilte varene og betalte. Varene kom præcis som lovet og 20 dage efter forsvandt der over 600 kr fra min konto og der kom ingen tabletter. Jeg forsøgte at ringe til dem og kom også igennem. Nu havde de ingen der kunne dansk den dag så jeg fik luftet mit skole engelsk.En ubehagelig dame fortalte at jeg ikke havde afmeldt til tiden og derfor måtte betale for de prøver jeg havde fået "gratis".Midlet havde ingen effekt på mig, kun på min konto. OMG!!!! ARE U KIDDING ME!! I AM ANOTHER VICTIM OF THEIR RUDE, CRUDE AND "I DONT GIVEA S***" ATTITUDE! Ordered July 3,2009 7/22/09 - Called on status - BACK ORDERED will be another week or so.. 8/3 called again - STILL on back ordered will be out this week. 8/10/09 CANCELLED ORDER for 2 reasons - Still getting run around about order AND the RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD (liz) Her "Supervisor" - Sarah IS NOT ANY BETTER! Was told then that my $ would be back in my account in 10 days or so. 9/1/09 - WHAT A SHOCK NO $$$ YET- CALLED AGAIN and was told IT WOULD BE BACK IN MY ACCT 24 TO 48 HRS. Called AGAIN today 9/4/09 Liz put me on hold for 10 minutes with the pretense i was going to talk to the "Supervisor" (Sarah). Never got her. Called back, Sarah did not not she had a call waiting. Sarah told me a check would go out soon. "A CHECK!!!" OMG! And i was belittled because I was complaining of ONLY $26!!! BIG LESSON LEARNED! I HAVE THIS BOOKMARKED TO READ FUTURE COMPANIES REVIEWS - HAD I SEEN THIS BEFORE-MOST DEFINATELY WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED! BTW - The accounting Dept DOES NOT TAKE CALLS - as I was told by Sarah - She is the highest "Person" that takes calls. (407)-331-0546. Everyone call at once and voice an opinon on Tues the 8th.

i bought a cellphone cover that the website said was in stock, waited two weeks, after no communication between them and me, i called customer service only to hear that the company they buy stuff from hadn't sent the cover, and went on to tell me that that company has problems sending the right part or sending it at all sometimes (hello get another provider) and that they would be happy to send me any TWO phone covers for the price i paid for one from the covers they have in stock.....the customer service rep listed FIVE covers from me to pick from.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
