They are a scam, please do not use this company. They are scammers and will keep trying to get you to keep giving them money and will take years to get anything done...which is nothing. Your Wikipedia will look worse than before and they never respond.

Everything you wanted to know and how to get out!!
Sharing out of my sense of duty to be a good human being.....
All of the negative reviews on here echo our experience so know what you are getting into. In the end, any work they did I had to redo multiple times due to the content being horrible.
The process goes like this.... They will attempt to upcharge you any time you talk to them about issues or needs. They will do minimal work if they do any at all. They will hand you off person after person. They will send in QUALITY CONTROL to try and save the account.
Don't trust it.
Its just part of the script.
This is a scam situation and they are preying on people.
If you are involved with them and want out, let them know that you will be contacting your CC company to request a chargeback. They will attempt to guilt you, beg you for a second, third or fourth chance, and will then finally say they will try to get the refund.
DON'T FALL FOR IT.
They are a classic scam system. Make sure you get a money-back guarantee and threaten a chargeback. Eventually they will cave or they will be flagged as fraudulent... something they definetly don't want.
Sad that people have to resort to this.

Scam company
We paid for this service for a client and were told it would be a 5-week process. Six months later and they had not responded to our repeated calls. Then they called and demanded even more money. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

They charged me the initial fee and…Shoddy work and deception
They charged me the initial fee and said that I would get a Wikipedia page. Then, they added my need for three articles published in different online publications for $1,000 each. I only saw one of them (red flag). Then, they added another $1,000 for a link. In the meantime, they only put on the page 5 of my 12 published books, and I had to edit the page myself (more red flags). In the meantime, I researched them more and discovered that their listed headquarter address (99 Wall Street, NYC) is bogus (no such company there) and ran across a company that sells real, prestigious NYC addresses for $19.95 a month (big red flag). My bank said that it was a fraudulent company and blocked my payments (amounting to almost $8,000 by then) and changed my credit card, which had been charged through places like codexlab.com and techture.com (red flags), but my money was returned, thankfully. However, by this time, my trust in the company, wherever it is, had been shattered. I shared these concerns repeatedly with the four people I talked to. Then, I tested their legitimacy with a challenge: I would pay $5,200 for the page and the articles if they would put my page on Wikipedia first. If I could verify the articles and page, I would pay that amount. They rejected my offer. It sounds like a fraud to me and my bank. Pastor Bruce Leiter.

I was scammed by this terrible…
I was scammed by this terrible fraudulent company. I found out too late, don't you get scammed after being ward. I wanted to get my professionally wirtten wiki page, but what I got was a poorly written article with grammaical and spelling errors that Wikipedia took down after only 1 week of being published. Now Alex does not return my emails and his phone was disconnected. Alex is a complete fraud, his linkedin page says he works for Hoff & Mazor but their address is a mail drop. He also lists Marto Capital as an employer and not surpisingly, since I work in Manhattan I went to their office to find they are not a tennant. The reception says they never were. Beware!

Bogus Company and Terrible Service
We have been in contact with the Elite Wiki Writing people last year. They provide a TERRIBLE Wikipedia writing service to us. With a limited no of sources and information, they upload the company details, we have to constantly take updates, and they do not even respond to your emails. At the start of the service, they will talk to you regularly once you paid them they will vanish. It's a BOGUS company and a WASTE of time and money Wikipedia service provider.

Respected Sir/Madame,
We do hope you're doing well. It is quite unfortunate that this has occurred. Nevertheless it would be remiss of us if we fail to mention that after your comment was made we did some in depth internal research. After a thorough search we have found no transactional documentation or agreements that have taken place between you and our firm. We do hope this clears of your misunderstanding.
Thank-you

This company is scam
This company is scam, we paid them in 2021, after 10 months, they haven't deliver the project, Jose the point of contact has stopped responding to our follow up emails and they charge us $1100 and waste hours of our time preparing documents for them. I hope no one else gets fooled by their sales reps.
