Customer service was great, product could use better final inspection before being shipped out.
Customer service was great, a real person answered phone calls and provided requested information promptly. Items did ship a day later than what I was told and forced me to reschedule with my customer so that wasn’t ideal. Tracking was provided which was helpful, because the delivery driver just left my package in the driveway even though it was supposed to be signed for. Fortunately it was big and fairly heavy so no one was going to just pick it up and take off with it. Upon unpacking the items, they were well made, and consistent in size. Very well packed, glass was in excellent condition. My only complaint was there was what appeared to be dried blood on one of the shelves and the marker writing on the glass to denote measurements hadn’t been cleaned off. So I would suggest maybe a final check of products to make sure they are clean before sending out. Even with the delay and small issues stated above, I am still happy with the products and the price paid. I would buy from them again.
