Shay is phenomenal and is very detail oriented. She’s responsive, thoughtful, and aware of everything that involves creating a great rental experience. It felt like I was the only client she was working with, even though I’m aware she’s super busy. If you’re looking for a hands-free and personable PM, Shay is the one!

Working with Elite Mack has been remarkable! I was faced with an opportunity requiring me to relocate, but I knew I didn’t want to sell my home, which shifted me into the short-term rental space. Lost, and unsure if where to start, I came across Elite Mack with no real expectations other than needing help. Shay’s calming and encouraging voice is a true reflection of her spirit, professionalism, and commitment to proving a smooth transition, from home owner to real estate investor. She continues to coach, guide, and actively work, to ensure our guests receive the best possible experience, while easing any anxieties that I have. I’m super thankful to have partnered with Elite Mack on my first ( but not last) real estate project.

Elite Mack Solutions made selling my home a seamless experience. We closed quickly, and I’m grateful I didn’t have to make any repairs, as that would have been overwhelming for me. I trusted the Elite Mack Solutions team completely; they knew exactly how to handle my situation, and at no point did I feel pressured or misled. This was truly a great experience. If anyone needs to liquidate a property quickly, I highly recommend working with this team for their professionalism and expertise.
