This appears to have been a compliance issue concerning laws in your state. We cannot ship certain items to your area in order to comply with your state's laws. Please contact our service department at 479-646-4210, ext 7 M-F, 8-5 CST, to clarify regarding the charge. Typically in situations like this the charge will not have been completed since the item never shipped. Any hold usually falls off withing 24 our of the order being cancelled.

Thank you for letting us know, Donna. Things like this help us to improve if and where needed. The Combat Zone airsoft was covered by a 30 day warranty against material and workmanship, which includes a non-working item when claimed within those 30 days.
