I bought the Glock 17 gen 4
I bought the Glock 17 gen 4, the first Glock had hop up issues and I had a replacement for another Glock 17 but this second Glock had trouble feeding within the last 8 bbs or so. Out of all side arms this side arms was the worst sidearm I'd ever had, it was very cheap made and a bit too pricey, almost 200 bucks on Amazon. Both Glocks didn't even last a day, honestly I expected better from an high airsolf company.

Gun was broken
Gun was broken, lasted 5 min. Then gotta pay 20.00 bucks to ship back an wait to see if i get charged for the fix. Wondering if i gotta pay shipping for the return home?

The warranty policy does not cover shipping in. If warranty coverage is granted, there will be no cost to the consumer for product or its return.

This is false. You were never charged. Your card was pre-authorized, but the order was cancelled before processing and never charged. Orders are actually charged when the order ships, i.e. leaves our facility. The pre-authorization typically falls off after a business day.

The way you run your shipping is…
The way you run your shipping is abysmal. FedEx loses/misdelivers 200$ worth of murchandise and your response is "not our problem"?? I mean I get liability and all that but seriously? I won't ever order directly from you again. 3rd party sites offer much better options for secure/ensured/insured delivery with reliable shipping companies, and they have better customer service. It is clear to me that you don't xare about your customers, just about your profit.

FedEx offers excellent tracking for deliveries and can even re-direct deliveries to retail locations for in person pick-up if you fear you will not be home for a delivery. In this day and age, porch pirates are very active and on the lookout for easy pickings. Requesting a re-direct to a Fed-Ex store or other participating neighborhood retail location can easily be done on either the FedEx app or with desktop website before the item is "out for delivery". It is not perfect but it is the best way to insure your packages are delivered safely every time.

HK c02 metal pistol gun HORRIBLE
I purchase a HK c02 metal pistol gun in which the screw for the suppressor broke the first time in usage I contacted the manufacturer because the manual says so and the manufacturer representative stated that any gun under $150 is not covered by warranty I paid $140 for the gun he then stated that it will cost $100 to repair the plastic screw therefore I asked a question why is the entire gun made of metal but the screw is made of plastic the comment that I received was that they are going to make them better for now there is nothing that I can do unless I want to pay $100 for repair and the entire gun was only $140 I will not buy their products again.

The claims made here do not comport with any Umarex policy or facts about the products mentioned. Furthermore, the issue discribed also indicates damage caused by abuse. All of our products are covered by some form of warranty. Of the licensed HK products we sell, there are models equipped with a permanetly attached orange tip. Removal of this tip voids the warranty. There are also models that are sold with a threaded barrel for the attachment of aftermarket devices. These threads are 14mm left hand-- meaning the user has to turn the device in the opposite direction of a standard threaded device. If the "lefty-loosy" principle is applied to the aftermarket device, the threads on the muzzle and the device will be damaged. This is, once again, no fault of the product, but rather abuse caused by the user and is not covered by any warranty.
