One of my son's Christmas present was a H&K USP CO2 airsoft pistol. The clip is stuck closed and will not allow us to unscrew the cap to add a new CO2 cartridge. Instead of going through the warranty process I opted to buy a replacement clip. My order was cancelled as it appears you do not have stock and I cannot find the part anywhere else. Now I'm trying to go through the warranty process, however you rep on the phone had zero empathy and appeared annoyed at my questions to ensure I provided the correct info and followed your procedures. Hopefully the warranty experience is better than the others I have had so far, which have not been pleasant. You are welcome to email me if you want more feedback

The gun didn’t work.

I ordered a nozzle rebuilt kit for my G17 Gen 4, got one for a G18c. Does not fit the G17 at all. So much for $15 shipping to just get the wrong item.

Bought this gun on January 14, 2023. Was defective, sent it back and got a replacement. The second gun was also defective with the same problems as the first one. Gun would not shoot enough velocity to propel the bbs, it would just rollout the barrel and the trigger would just be stuck. Read the manual for troubleshooting and maintenance but to no avail. Sent the product back on 02/27/2023 and was recieved by the service department on 03/03/2023. Waited for a refund and never got it. Called on 03/10/2023 and was told it takes up to four weeks for a refund to process. Called again on 03/31/2023 and was told by Cameron that it was processed in 03/10/2023 and the payment went through on 03/20/2023, BUT THERE WAS NO RECORD in my account that an incoming fund was sent. He told me that he would let the 'refund guy' process it again and it would take 7 days to do so. Fast forward to today's date, 04/11/2023, complete communication silence. I have been calling and emailing but I cannot get through to anyone. Only ONE NUMBER and EMAIL that's listed on the website. I have no way of getting through and no one is getting back to me. TERRIBLE customer service and handling. Specially if you're charging that amount for a faulty product. $270.00!? Whew is my money money now? That's so crooked. I hope someone in management reads this review or anything that can help. Oh btw, as I am writing this I have been on hold for over 15 minutes nowtrying to get through to the service department.

I ordered a combo airsoft pistol and light combo. The light didn't work and I emailed you and did not get a response.

I called and left a message on December 6 (479-646-4210), to declare the battery for the airsoft gun does not fit. It might be my error, but since they have not returned my call, I do not know. Today's date is December 9.
