I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. In the beginning, everything was so easy. They were extremely nice, responded to my emails almost immediately, and made everything sound simple and straightforward. But as soon as I made the payment, everything changed. First, they asked me to send the cover, my story, the book, and whatever was needed for the publishing process. Then came the endless requests: “Can you change this?” “Can you switch that?” “Can you adjust the picture?” “Can you remove this?” And every time, it seemed to come with another request for more money. It felt like the process was designed to keep asking for additional payments until the customer finally gives up. At this point, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone considering using their services. Please be very careful and make sure you understand all the costs before making any payment.
