Project Left Incomplete and Refund Still Outstanding
I retained Elite Accreditation Consultants in June 2025 and paid a $4,250 retainer for consulting services related to the launch of a vascular office-based laboratory and medical practice. Over the course of the engagement, we provided the requested corporate and practice documentation and believed the project was progressing. In May 2026, shortly before our planned launch, we were informed that the consultant could no longer continue providing services due to health issues. Following that notification, we requested a status update, copies of any completed work product, application and enrollment information, portal access details, and transition materials necessary to continue the project with another consultant. We also requested reimbursement of the retainer. We were subsequently informed in writing that a refund was being processed and that a check would be received within approximately 7–10 days. As of the date of this review, the refund has not been received, and we have not received confirmation of the mailing date, mailing address, or tracking information. We have also requested project materials and documentation necessary to determine what work was completed and what remains outstanding. My concern is not that unforeseen health issues occurred. Medical emergencies can happen to anyone. My concern is the lack of clear project transition information, the lack of documentation regarding work performed, and the fact that a promised refund has not been received.
Response from Elite Accreditation ConsultantsJun 11, 2026
Updated: 07/06/2026 > I appreciate the opportunity to respond. One of the primary concerns raised in these reviews was that a refund had not been received. Since these reviews were posted, the refund was in fact issued, received, and negotiated by Dr. Daneshfar. Unfortunately, the reviews have not been updated to reflect this material change in the facts. > > While I respect every client's right to share their experience, I also believe reviews should remain accurate and current as circumstances evolve. Readers deserve to know that the refund issue referenced in these reviews has been resolved. My goal has always been to act professionally, complete my obligations, and treat clients fairly, even when disagreements arise. > > I encourage prospective clients to evaluate all available information, including the complete timeline of events and the many successful projects our firm has completed over the past two decades. Elite Accreditation Consultants remains committed to providing professional healthcare consulting and regulatory compliance services to our clients nationwide. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for the disruption that occurred during your project. In May 2026, I suffered a catastrophic aortic dissection requiring emergency surgery and a prolonged recovery. This medical emergency abruptly interrupted my ability to continue servicing clients at the level they deserved. While I understand your frustration, there are several important facts that should also be understood. Your project was not abandoned immediately after engagement. Significant time was spent on consultations, planning, project development, regulatory guidance, and preparation activities related to the establishment of your vascular office-based laboratory and medical practice. Like many consulting projects, much of this work occurs through meetings, strategy sessions, document review, regulatory research, planning, and communications before final submissions and implementation stages are reached. When it became apparent that my health would prevent me from completing the engagement, I voluntarily offered a refund despite having already invested substantial professional time into the project. My intent was to do the right thing under extraordinarily difficult circumstances, not because I believed I had performed no work. I acknowledge that the timing and processing of the refund did not meet your expectations. My recovery has included multiple medical complications, extended periods away from work, and significant personal and financial challenges. Nevertheless, I remain committed to honoring my obligations and resolving outstanding matters professionally. I have always taken pride in helping healthcare providers achieve licensure, accreditation, and Medicare certification over the course of more than twenty years in this industry. It is deeply disappointing that circumstances beyond my control led to this outcome, particularly given the life-threatening medical event involved. I genuinely wish you success with your practice and vascular laboratory and hope that your project moves forward successfully. My goal has never been to create hardship for any client, and I regret the difficulties that this situation has caused. Troy Lair Principal Consultant Elite Accreditation Consultants
