Communication initially was very delayed. Then they delivered the items later than promised. When I asked to return the items, they provided a return delivery address. Once I received proof from the carrier that the items had been delivered, I emailed several times to ask for the reimbursement but all of my emails were left unanswered. I’m now left $500 out of pocket and have none of the items.

After requesting a bespoke fit bralette they seemed so helpful! But unfortunately after sending me a very ill fitting bralette, then offering to fix the sizing (so I sent it back to them by tracked post) I am now without any bralette, they’ve taken my money and are ignoring my emails for an update. Terrible customer service - no respect for customers paying £100+ and not sending out the items ordered. Do not trust and place order from their website directly.
