Elev Property GroupReviews of elevpropertygroup.com

My siblings and I inherited a house that needed major repairs, and none of us lived nearby. Elev Property Group handled everything from start to finish, including coordinating access, cleaning out unwanted items, and managing the entire closing remotely. They gave us updates throughout the process and were extremely transparent about the numbers. The offer was very fair, especially considering the condition of the home. This company made a complicated family situation feel effortless.

I spoke with several investors before finding Elev Property Group, and the difference was obvious from the first phone call. They were the ONLY ones who explained every step clearly and didn’t try to pressure me into signing anything on the spot. They walked me through the process, gave me a fair offer backed by comps, and let me take my time. The communication was outstanding—texts, emails, calls, whatever I needed, they were there. Closing was smooth and happened exactly when they promised. I can’t thank them enough for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients at all levels as both buyers and sellers. I am happy to work with working with Carlos and Lucas from ELEV Property Group on occasion. They are highly professional, market-savvy, and serious about their offers. It’s rare to find investors who are this transparent, ethical, and committed to smooth closings. Their reliability, and ability to solve complex property issues has been a great experience. I value their straightforward approach and dedication to efficient, hassle-free transactions, and I look forward to many more successful deals together.
