Eleven Marketing CoEleven Marketing Co is an organic digital marketing strategy firm for growth-oriented service business owners. It's built for owners who are tired of agencies that talk big and disappear after the kickoff call. We specialize in organic marketing systems that every service business owner should have in place before scaling to paid advertising. The firm specializes in five things: website development, CRM implementation and nurture strategy, local and national SEO, copywriting, and email marketing. All five work together as one system, built to turn traffic into booked business and repeat revenue. Most owners get stuck on the same gap: no follow-up, no nurture, no system connecting the pieces. Eleven Marketing Co fixes that. The strategy behind every project comes from Marcus Sheridan's core principle: transparency equals trust. If a prospect is asking the question, the answer goes on the website. It goes in the emails. It goes in the sales process. Nothing gets buried. Nothing gets softened. There's no jargon in this shop. No vague promises. No handing over a 40-page deck and walking away. Just clear strategy, built and run until it produces results. We work with service business owners across the United States. Industries served: home services, contractors, plumbers, electricians, pest control, pool maintenance, concrete, plaster, drywall, painting, pressure-washing, holiday lighting, water treatment & more. We also specialize in accounting firms, bookkeeping practices and CPA firms.Clear over clever wins every time.

I'm so glad you're happy with your new website! Once we get that Google business profile up & running & optimized, it's only a matter of time before your business takes off! I can't wait to see where you are 6 months from now!

Holy COW!! Katie gets an incredible amount of work done in a short period of time. Our website is completely different from what it used to be and our discovery call pipeline is FULL!

Thank you! I think your website might be the biggest website build I've ever done, but you guys have so much content and info you made it easy to get it all out there and basically have your website act as another sales rep (which is the goal). Next up is the CRM!

Working with Katie at Eleven Marketing Co has been one of the better vendor decisions I've made for my practice. I run a professional services firm, so I'm naturally skeptical of marketing promises — Katie never oversold, never disappeared, and never made me chase her for an update. What stands out is how quickly she understood my business. She took the time to learn who my ideal client actually is instead of handing me a generic template, and the work reflected that from the first draft. When I had questions, I got clear answers, not jargon. When something needed to change, she adjusted without friction. She's responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in the outcome. If you're a professional services owner who wants a marketing partner who treats your business like it matters, ask for Katie. Highly recommend.

They are amazing, the go above and beyond what is asked of them, there changes bring in clients that we desperately needed as well as the follow up process on our CRM. They literally do it all, very great company to work with!

Thanks, Adam! As you know, I treat every client's CRM like it's my baby, haha. I can be a little neurotic about it but you're a great sport. I hope all of the automations, psychology-backed sales sequences & processes are helping you close more deals in the sales role!
