This is by far the worst platform I’ve used to look for help finding a job. The system is confusing and very difficult to navigate, making it frustrating to use from the start. On top of that, communication with staff was extremely poor and it was hard to get clear answers or proper support. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and a complete waste of time. I would strongly recommend avoiding this platform.

AVOID!!! I have applied for multiple roles from LinkedIn. I can see I have the skill set for the said roles too. I receive a robotic email telling me I did not get put forward. I reached out to a member of staff to try and get some help as I wasn't sure what was going wrong. I had the demanded skill sets and experience yet still not landing a single interview. I reached out many times to set a time to have a call and maybe see what I'm missing. ignored constantly and then blocked. Then to message the company direct. I was told someone would call me Monday. I waited Monday and no call and no response still. very unprofessional.

A disappointing experience with elevation recruitment. I applied for two positions on their website but had no response from the relevant role manager. I had to chase other roles that i had apparently been put forward for. Some of the team were really good but i felt that a couple of the others let the company down.
