Incredible insight and great communication style. We were lucky to have the Elevate Team do a training course for the Duke MBA program, and I know we all thoroughly enjoyed the time and learned a lot. Getting a practitioner's inside perspective to recruiting into PE and doing deals when you get there was invaluable!

The Elevate PE training was useful to get an inside view of PE recruiting, and what skills are needed to be successful in recruiting. The LBO model training was also very useful.

Elevate's Private Equity training module is the best resource available to the general MBA community. We spent two hours covering private equity networking, recruiting, and interviewing best practices and two hours covering LBO modeling (paper LBO's and take-home exams). Kaushik was easy to work with and available for questions before and after the training session. His presentation materials are up-to-date and provide a comprehensive overview of the private equity recruitment process and role of an associate.
