I did both the Elevate on campus training and the Cohort Program and found both to be very valuable. I come from a non-traditional background (Consulting to Startups to Early Stage VC) and came into Business School trying to make the switch to Growth Equity. Elevate provided with me a community of like-minded students across top tier programs which I found to be very empowering. Kaushik and the Elevate team provided 1-on-1 interview prep and personalized guidance, something I have found lacking with other programs both at school and beyond. And lastly, the platform includes resources such as trainings on buyout interviews, behavioral prep and in depth deep dives into different types of PE and VC firms and how to approach them. Overall, I am so so glad I found the Elevate program early last year and am still continuing to work with them for full time recruiting.
