I like the products Elevated Faith offers; however, customer service is nonexistent. I've reached out multiple times and even followed up to my emails over the course of a month if not a little longer and I still have yet to receive any kind of response from their team. Very unfortunate and very unacceptable service. Update: I finally had someone reach back out to me, either it's convenient timing or they are looking at these reviews here and responding in that fashion. If that's the case, it's unfortunate that a negative review is what it took to get a response. I'm hopeful not just for myself but for others that we can all receive better service now and going forward. I'm leaving my stars as is until I receive better experiences in the future.

I will definitely not be placing future orders with Elevated Faith. Ordered last week and have not received a confirmation email or tracking number or anything from them. No idea if the order is coming or if this is even a legitimate company. If I do not hear from them today I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Very disappointed about their service for a 1st time customer. Hopefully I will receive before Christmas…smh! Also emailing them is a lost cause, they don’t respond. I have tried to track through the shop app but it will not respond either. Very upsetting since this is the main gift for this person. The order was placed 8 days ago and I have not received an email confirmation or a shipping confirmation. Yes, this is a gift I need for Christmas but even beyond that, I have not received any communication from the company in 8 days since the order was placed.

Last but not least you have to download the “shop” app to get a tracking number. So sad! Update: After being contacted by EF I will not be receiving my package until after Christmas, they did not have it listed on their website to order by Dec. 10th. They make it seem like they have things in order but really don’t, will not be ordering from this company again. I don’t appreciate their slow turn around time. Mind you I ordered on the 12th and today is Dec. 21st and still no package.

I was excited to check out the merchandise from this company and my kids hoped to gift bracelets to their classmates for Christmas. I placed my order on 12/6 and have not received any info aside from the initial email confirmation. Sent a follow up email and also haven't heard back other than an automated reply. AFTER ordering I could read that it could take 7 days to process and then the shipping time. That would have been great to know BEFORE ordering so I could do a quicker shipping time to ensure I'd receive the items. Due to the lack of communication and information, I have concerns that this isn't a legitimate business/website. I will be reaching out to my bank shortly. I will update review if and when I get further information. Update: Elevated Faith replied to this review. I also received an email letting me know a shipping label was created on 12/19 and the estimated arrival is between 12/21-12/25 dependant upon carrier. Second Update: EF asked for further info through Trustpilot. Once received, they posted tracking number. With this communication and the email, I'm more confident about not having been scammed. It seems now some of the other negative reviews on Trustpilot are being flagged for removal. Hopefully the merchandise is worth the wait. It does seem common for EF to have seasonal/holiday shipping and communication issues.

Placed an order on 12/7. Still waiting for any kind of confirmation that it’s been shipped. Advertising 3-7 business days for shipping is laughable. They do NOT respond to emails. If I ever receive my order or a response from this company, it will be my last. Customer service or at least communication is everything and this company is poor at both.

Such a horrible experience in which a package was never received. It was for a friends birthday, first timer over here! customer service basically went “ so sorry to hear, call your local post office” in which I can’t get any assistance from anyone. Really wanted to love this brand but a missing package and unhelpful customer care does not make me want to ever recommend to anyone or repurchase.

on 11 November I payed 58$ for just one hoodie. it's been more than a month and I still have not received it. I tried to write them 4 times and I received only an answer who told me I had to wait. my order number is #361055 and I don't recommend this website at all. I'm still waiting for an answer from you. they say the order is on it's way while ups just told me they haven't received it and that they are ready to.
