Overall great experience and got a great offer!

We recently scaled our engineering team, and Elevano was an invaluable partner in the process. Candidate quality was top notch, the workflow with them was fantastic, and it felt like a well-aligned partnership from start to finish. Look forward to continuing to grow our team with their help.

I received a message from Arash regarding an engineering opportunity a few weeks ago, which eventually resulted in a job offer. He was extremely helpful, and checked in regularly regarding the interview process. He made sure I was a good fit before recommending me, and was transparent at every step. I love the new job and would definitely recommend elevano to anyone looking for a job change.

Had the opportunity to work with Amir recently. He tried to understand my requirements and skill set and matched me with awesome job opportunities. He was prompt in responses, and followed up through every step of the process. I was able to get a fantastic offer meeting my requirements. I would highly recommend working with Elevano and Amir who went above and beyond to help get the best opportunity!

Arash matched my skillset and experience perfectly with the role he presented to me. During the hiring process, he provided useful information and guided me throughout.

Arash was very friendly patient and communicative. Much appreciated!

I had a great time working with Arash and Elvano. They found great roles for me as a Software Engineer and were able to find me a great job with great pay at an exciting company, in the technical domain in which I was most interested. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Elvano or Arash as they have a good understanding of candidate needs, skills and company matching.

Amir & Arash are absolutely wonderful to work with. They invested time in understanding our business in a way that I have never seen from other teams. With that understanding they were able to energize candidates around our mission and the opportunities. We were able to hire our tech teams ahead of plan in one of the hardest hiring markets ever, all due to the partnership with Arash & Amir.
