ElevanoReviews of elevano.com

The team at Elevano were highly communicative, understood my needs, and connected me with many great candidates! For one role in particular, I had struggled to find candidates with the exact, unique, skills I needed. Pretty quickly, the team shared some great candidates and we hired someone shortly after. I would absolutely use them again in the future!

Worked with Arash to explore several different roles, eventually found a great match! They really went above & beyond to make sure I was able to meet the time line I needed, and communicated excellently throughout the whole process! Great to work with

Arash reached out to me with a role that was exactly what I was looking for. He was completely transparent and honest throughout the whole process which removed a ton of the stress involved when looking for a new role. I also appreciated his timely messages whenever there was an update. I highly recommend using their team if you are having a hard time navigating this job market.

Really satisfied with the work that I have had with Amir and Arash. I got a cold call from Amir with a potential job opportunity - almost didn't answer the call, but I'm glad I did. They both had done their extensive due diligence on the position - it was relevant to my qualifications, prefectely aligned to my skillset and was even in the industry that I wanted to continue my work in. They had more technical knowledge to answer my questions than a typical recruiting agency, and the things they didn't know they were able to respond quickly with answers. Of course, I got the job and I've been working here for over a month and couldn't be happier. Recommend 100%

Working with Arash was a pleasure. He and the rest of the crew at Elevano took their time to understand well our very-specific needs and the results show it. Most of the candidates they brought in for interviewing fit the profile we were looking for. I would highly recommend them for your next recruiting needs.

I had a great experience working with Elevano and Amir in particular. We partnered a year ago to hire a senior engineering executive that could scale the organization to the next level and also address the gap in succession planning. Amir did a fantastic job of sourcing very talented candidates that matched our needs. I was very pleased to have a final round of 3 candidates that were of great quality. Amir was timely in sourcing candidates and setting up interviews. It took us a few weeks to calibrate around our expectations and were able to run a fast and expedited process after that. I would work again with Elevano to hire any technology executive, without hesitations.

Arash is wonderful to work with. He's conscientious and responsive. He takes the time to understand our business and the specific role. He sent us high quality candidates. I plan on working with him again in the future.

Excellent experience with this company, highly recommend! Amir was amazing and worked quickly to get me setup with an interview!
