Poor experience. Should be reported to state as this seems like a bait and switch. Ended up paying twice what I booked. And refused to cancel transaction when I asked for that. Did not mention their cancel and refund process. Scam!!!!!!!

⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience My experience with Elegance Travel was absolutely horrible, and I would strongly caution others to be very careful before booking with this company. I was originally booked for a flight and charged the quoted price. After taking my payment, I received an email stating that they could not honor the price I had already been charged and that I would need to pay more than double the original amount. When I requested a refund, I was told they would not provide one. I then asked to speak with a manager, and instead of receiving reasonable assistance, I felt that I was talked down to and threatened. To make matters worse, I later received an email stating that my original travel arrangements had been changed to a date that I was not even able to travel. I had to call again and spend approximately three hours on the phone trying to resolve the situation. In the end, I was forced to pay more than double the original price for my ticket. This was an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience from beginning to end. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Elegance Travel. Be extremely cautious, carefully review your charges and travel confirmations, and make sure you fully understand the terms before giving them your money Buyer beware.

Total scam… they also call themselves Flight Ticket and charges show up as flighttckt. With the address of 5704 Bamboo Circle Tamarac. FL I asked many times what the name of their company was as I somehow got redirected to their agents when trying to book my own flights. I was charged the 2 entries- the price of the tickets to the airline… but then an additional fee directly to this Flighttckt …which when I googled the address shows up as Elegance Travel in Tamarac. The extra fee was exorbitant and I had to argue my way to getting it reduced…which they finally reimbursed me a portion. I was scammed and paid extra for tickets that I could have done myself on line. My own fault for not being more diligent up front about who they were. They try and hide it - so they can’t get any reviews.

They identify themselves in the name of different airlines and charge you money unnecessarily for a service that is given for free, Be Aware - This company is a SCAM!
