My S-Corp form 2553 was filed after 2 days using ElectSCorp. I got the S-Corp approval letter from the IRS after 3 weeks. This is faster than I expect since the IRS is usually very slow. Overall this company did what it promised and got the job done. One small minus is they tend to answer my question faster over email vs. phone.
