I purchased a Siphon Brewer 3- in -1 Vacuum Coffee Maker. First pot brewed was great , then the closer cap to pour coffee leaked. So I ordered a new pouring cap. Next while waiting for the cap the bottom pot started leaking all around the top band. I called Electra-Craft and was told to get some waterproof food grade chalking and seal it ! When the pouring cap came ,I called again to let them know I would be returning the unopened package I was told OK. This company wants to give me $4.00 on a part I paid $10.00 for and returned unopened. They will rip you off! apparently instead of replacing the coffee pot of over $100. they want you to glue it together and steal your money !! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
