ElectricfireplacesplusReviews of electricfireplacesplus.com

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. As a professional interior designer, I was simply trying to place an order. Before purchasing, I had a few questions about the product. I called at least five times and spoke with five different representatives. Each time, I was asked for my name, phone number, and email address, then told someone from sales would call me back. Unfortunately, no one ever did. When I asked if there was another way to reach a salesperson directly, no one seemed to know. It appears there is no clear line of communication, and getting in touch with the right person is nearly impossible. If a company is this difficult to reach before they've even earned your business, it doesn't inspire confidence in the level of customer service you can expect after the purchase. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I was genuinely surprised to see such high ratings on Trustpilot because my experience was the complete opposite.

Would recommend. Responsive to questions before and after purchase.

Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no customer service. They never call or write you back. They do not give a hoot about their customers and are very very rude. I tried many many times to call customer service...write to customer service and when they finally write you back...never call back....they lie and say this is the first time they have heard from you.

The fireplace was worth every penny. It is a great addition to our renovated living room.

I bought a Dimplex 36" Revolusion. I live in central Florida and it arrived in three days. It was the best-packaged shipment I have ever received! It was strapped to its own skid and had top protection that prevented anything from being stacked on top. They gave me the best price, plus an additional rebate for a photo review after the installation. I had zero issues with them so far. I just ordered the glass doors for the front.

electricfireplacesplus.com Buyer Beware - this companies return policy is terrible: 15% restock charge and NO return on 5 of their 8 electric fireplace products. Their direct competitors offer full customer satisfaction and return!!
