Not Trustworthy
The trailer company I was going to purchase from uses these guys. I originally spoke to a Mark. He seemed nice enough. I then tried to contact him and got some other guy...Tony. He answers, "yeahhh, I'm taking care of this, what you got? ". I said, "I'm sorry? Do you normally speak to your clients in this manner? " His response was, "You filled this out on the internet, you were not supposed to go to Mark...you got me." I then told him, "This is not about who is to handle the account, it is about how you speak to clients, because how you are talking does not reflect that you want my business". Mark sends me paperwork and follows up with a call. I ask him the interest rate...he tries to tell me it is a business loan and it varies but it should be in the high teens. I tell him that you any loan has to include the interest rate on the paperwork. This time he tells me its in the low to mid 20s'. I said ok....not knowing that I am already running the numbers and the interest rate at 30% (Side bar: our company has been in business six years and has an A1 credit rating while my personal credit is over 750). I then tell him, it appears the credit rate is 30%...is that not the case? He then says, "Oh yeah....it's comparable to a credit card rate since it's a microloan and its for 3 years. I then asked why could you not tell me that upfront...he kept talking and tried to ignore. Even though I repeated it two more times. HEAD MY WARNING....THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD NEWS. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID THEM.
