Inaccurate billing and no help in rectifying my inaccurate insurance information
My initial experience in Medicare has not been good. I finding out that Sutter Health has bought up almost all medical facilities in Silicon Valley I joined El Camino Health. After my initial visit (welcome to Medicare), they billed Medicare twice. Oh boy. Then, when I found out that the initial wellness visit did not include a basic physical I asked for one. Unfortunately, the office listed my insurance incorrectly. After the office of my primary care physician couldn’t (or didn’t) correct the information, I called the Customer Care division to help rectify and never heard back from them. TWICE!
