Do not order from this company they will not let you return item for refund for any reason! Was finally offered less than half of refund of what I spent will never order from them again

I should have known better and I’m so mad at myself! I ordered three things, totaling a little over $100. Each item indicated it was made in the US. Not only did it take almost a month to receive them, they were all made in China. The fabric was cheap and the sizing was way off. I requested a return authorization and a refund. I was offered $40 compensation and could keep the clothes. No way am I accepting their offer, I will fight this and file a complaint with PayPal and the BBB. Just be smarter than I was and don’t order from this company!!!

Not made and shipped in the US as advertised. Chinese shipping label underneath their label. I ordered 5 items all the same size. Two fit the rest did not. No country of origin label, no care instructions. Cheap materials.

The customer service # listed does not exist and I have tried to get the company to give ne a refund but they make it very difficult. What I bought is cheap and too large. They want me to measure the garments!!! What would that prove? I am unable to get a reply that is helpful. I fear I have been cheated. AND this is NOT an American company! Gods came from China & English is not American, Why of why did I do this? I am VERY unhappy

I really have no idea about the quality of the merchandise because I am not opening the packages. This company advertises on FB as an AMERICAN COMPANY. That is totally false. My first clue was the tracking number revealed a Chinese shipping company. Second clue was the "Made in China" stickers on each pkg when it finally arrived today. So sorry I didn't investigate more thoroughly. Shame on FB for allowing these people to place false advertisements on their platform.

10/27/21: Placed my order on 9/30. After writing to inquire about my order I have received 2 text messages on 10/17 & 10/25 stating the order has shipped but USPS is waiting to receive shipment. Same as other people, I wrote a review on their site which was deleted so only positive reviews are showing. Go somewhere else to order. Don’t give this scam site your business.

Beware this site is not a US store no matter what they say. The facebook page is from a US site and China. The answers to your emails are absolutely not from a US citizen. Ordered on September 30, vague shipping responses. BEWARE they might have a shipping center here but that is it.

1 star because no stars isnt an option. Ordered weeks ago - no delivery . Tracking info says package is with USPS. No response when I contacted company. Lesson learned.
