Advertise that they are shipping from Greenwood IN however it took almost a month to receive. Two items were not acceptable, as they did not match description. Asked for return authorization and have not received reply.

I’ve asked for return instructions and there are no washing instructions on the items!

I am extremely aggravated with the poor customer service I’ve experienced with this company. I ordered a dress that took four weeks to ship. The quality of the material was cheap and flimsy. Not at all what I expected. The company would not refund me and offered me $6 to refund the $48 item! Moreover, they said to “just keep it”. What a waste of my money and time.

The material it is polyester?????? Look different than pictures?????

I ordered a dress from this company. It took forever to get it. When I did get it, it did not look like the picture. Material was very thin and no shape to it at all. The V-neck came way down on you. I paid 41.99 for dress and 15.00 shipping. I have ask to return it and they have refused. Plus, under the picture of the dress it stated it was made in Indiana and it is not. So, now I am having to keep a dress that does not fit and just lost $56.98.

If I could give this 0 stars I would!! It took a month to get the items, and they were not sized correctly. I ordered a small for three tops because that's what I wear and what the size chart recommended. But they are way too small, and the material of two tops is very thin. Nothing like the picture. And they are not made in Indiana as indicated....you can tell. I tried to get them to send me a return label, and we went back and forth about the reason I was returning and not exchanging. Finally, they offered me a $15 refund for a $96 order, but I could keep the items. I took it, just to save myself the aggravation of dealing with them again. I don't know if I will even get that $15.00. I will donate the tops to my church clothes closet.

I notified company one day after receiving merchandise. I have asked numerous times for return label. They want to give me $11 compensensation. I don’t want merchandise. Beware! They do not take returns.
