Elarise's return policy is completely false. I tried to return 3 items and keep one through their customer service email. In the end, they refused to send me a confirmation return number and offered for me to keep the entire order and they'll credit me $21.00. I refused and they wrote back that the return must be made by sending to Dubai and that it is very expensive. I feel threatened by these people. My bank is disputing the charge and is working with me. What a mess! Please beware of Elarise.com.

From the information on Facebook, I was lead to believe these products were made in Greenwood, Indiana, thus made in the USA. It took 4 weeks to get the products, a red flag! The return address was from NY with a Chinese name. The products looked great in the pictures, but were poor quality and the fabric was flimsy. I want to return the products, and have asked for a return address and have not receive one. I also would like my money back.

PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY buying from ELARISE, if you haven’t already!!’ TOTAL SCAM!!!’ I have no idea how this company has any decent reviews, unless they pay people or post reviews themselves!! 6 weeks to receive the order, 2 of 3 items purchased were received. I wouldn’t use the material as a table cloth on an outdoor picnic table. Hopefully, this review will save you from wasting your money on a illegitimate company who has “0” way of getting ahold of a real person, no customer service, and the worst quality product I have ever experienced in clothing. Beyond disappointed in Denver!!!

Shirt was not what I ordered . It said it had sequins and it did not .. Not happy!! Picture did not look like the item I received!! Will not buy from this company again!!!

Crap. The pictures are so cute but what you actually receive is nothing close. Then you have to go through the hassle of returning it and losing half of your money! Just go to a real store or Amazon.

The description of the top said it was made in the USA but the sticker on the bag. Which the shirt came in said it was made in China. After I placed my order my credit card provider sent me an email saying I had just done business with a foreign bank. The description of the shirt said the decoration was “sparkly”. It was not … the decoration which was a wine glass with a Santa hat was an iron on decal … nothing “sparkly” about it … not a single sequin, not even glitter. The only positive comment I can make about this shirt is the fabric is soft.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Not made in USA! Took 2 months after they were saying sayin 7-9 days if you order over $79. Cheap material. Not as described in catalog! Now, trying to return. Difficulty with communication. No return address. Only email. The phone numbers advertised are not in service. Of course, the took money out first day. They are not answering my emails with answers. They say you have 30 days to return. Have yet to get return address as it is not the one that is on the package. My credit card company is investigating along with a Private Investigator family member. I am very angry with the deception this so called company portrays! SO Please do not order! I will not stop until I get my Money Back!!

The three tops I received did not fit and that's nothing new when you order online , but they were not quite as high quality as I was hoping for. But the reason for the one star review is the trouble I encountered trying to return the items. I received several communications about offering me various amounts to compensate me but after spending $106.00 I was not going to just accept $42 or $63 and just keep the items. They literally refused to send me a return address where I could send the items. I finally got so fed up with the lousy service that I asked for $75 and called it a day. I'm out over $30 but finally free from this company and their customer service.
