UPDATE #2 ONE-STAR REVIEW: The storage has again dropped to zero days with no explanation. UPDATE THREE-STAR REVIEW: After posting my original review, my cloud storage suddenly went from zero days to three days. While not as good as the seven days I was promised when I bought the camera, it's acceptable. ORIGINAL ONE-STAR REVIEW: The camera I purchased came with the promise of free permanent cloud storage (seven days that rolled over). This worked great for a while but then the seven days of storage disappeared, and the only way to access recordings was to pay a fee. I contacted customer service via the Aiwit app and the customer service rep told me that Eken stopped paying them for cloud storage. However, Eken owns Aiwit so this was just deception.

Their system integrations don't give what you expected as they've promised. It didn't give us the optimum efficiency and security we'd like to achieve. It would've been okay if they continued to work on it further and fix it, but they didn't.
