Sam Z.
One of the most corrupt and mafia-like university cultures.
I have been working at EIU for almost a year. The whole culture is a very strong "cover my A and I cover your A". And "if you are not with us, you are against us". Most of the teachers are the ones who cannot find a job anywhere else or are using this exotic platform to find a new secret love life. The management team is a most incompetent and ignorant one, with a "mafia family mentality" with the head of EIU as a Godfather. The level of education is "the most elementary middle" without any real research or innovative basis.
