NOTE: This is an improved experience after an initial complaint I made about not receiving any updates for days after I purchased the ITIN service. UPDATE: The team called me personally to apologise for the delay and dealt with the matter rigorously and professionally. I spoke with the accountant on a zoom call after and we have now submitted my ITIN application. They have followed up numerous times making sure I was okay and if I needed anything.
