Not for startups
Not for startups. 4-5 month experience - Support only replies to emails some of the time. I was told they would look into a few issues, but I never heard back, even after two follow-up emails. The latest email I got from them just asked whether I wanted to extend. They also had a full day of unannounced downtime. Afterwards I got a long technical explanation, and the person was friendly and apologetic. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I regret signing up for the commitment period, and the price isn't fair for what you get. I'm ashamed to be supporting a company that has no problem charging customers who are barely using the product.
