I finally received my credit for the canceled part order. I know that you are not the Programmer or IT person involved with these transactions, but you really need to explain to your management what a broke system it is and how it is wasting OUR time. Payless Enemy (Paypal) and your dealership Programmer or IT over these basic business transactions need to be fired. You should show them the details including the emails, the part prices listed are good, but if the payment transaction can't be processed it is all a waste of OUR time. Even the cancellation and a refund process is slow. Business is suppose to be about continuous improvement. I know I have Business and Engineering degrees which I used to improve business processes. Waste of time. Placed 3 separate orders for Honda parts. 4 days later all 3 orders were canceled. No explanations. No comments. No questions. No phone number(!) to call. Will monitor my credit card for illegal activity. Smells like fake web site to collect credit card numbers.
