BUYER BEWARE! No order confirmation, no customer service. Can't even find a valid email address. No idea if product even shipped.

Completely unprofessional----I ordered something from them, but received no confirmation email. That's never happened with any online site I've used before. I had a question about my order (and just wanted to verify that it was in process), so I phoned them. No one answered, and a voicemail came on that sounded like the automatic message one gets when one calls a personal cell phone. I contacted them via a form on their web site. Again, no one got back to me. What kind of company is this where it's impossible to get in contact with anyone AND they don't confirm orders?? I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. I will never order from this company again.

I have purchased candy and chocolates from ergocerymall.com and I think they were at the best price with the best quality. I recommend each and every chocolate lover to buy their favourite chocolate from egrocerymall.com
