Egluck poor response for Anne Kleine watch issue
I had a problem with an Anne Kleine watch which my wife purchased on a cruise. She was taken by the style of the watch face and watch strap combination. Unfortunately the watch strap was a wire mesh style and started to unravel. This was after a year so I wasn't expecting a replacement under guarantee. However, I didn't think it was unreasonable to be pointed in the direction of a source which I could buy a replacement strap off. I got on the Anne Kleine website and got an initial response email from eglock.com saying they were looking into it and would respond in a few days. Weeks later I had not had a response and so chased them up twice to no avail. Finally I was told they didn't supply replacement watchstraps for there watches, even though the style of this watchstrap was obviously matched to the main body. My wife was pretty disappointed and we couldn't understand why Anne Kleine did not supply a replacement.
