I never received the $4.99 trial pkg of creatine, and heard nothing when I notified EFX sports of the issue. This is not a legitimate outfit! Do not trust them to respond to issues, they are not trustworthy!

Long time user, great product
I’ve been using this product for five years and have recommended it to all my friends and family. The company’s reputation precedes itself, however, recently I’ve been challenged as to whether they are third-party tested, which they are in house tested or if they have a Creapure label. If someone from can provide an explanation, it would be much appreciated.

Every EFX Sports product undergoes a strict "3X Testing" cycle, meaning we test all incoming raw materials, every batch during production, and the final finished product. We manufacture everything in our state-of-the-art, cGMP-certified facility in Billings, Montana, so we maintain absolute control over quality from start to finish.
To give you peace of mind, we complement our in-house testing with independent third-party verification. Our facility holds certifications from NPA/GMP and is regularly audited by UL Registrar LLC. Additionally, our products carrying the Informed Sport logo are independently tested for over 250 banned substances by LGC’s world-class anti-doping laboratories, ensuring elite safety standards for competitive athletes.
Regarding the formulas, Creapure® is a high-quality, branded form of standard creatine monohydrate made in Germany. However, our signature product, Kre-Alkalyn® EFX, uses a completely different, patented technology. I ordered lean fit xtreme capsules…
Edit: I loved how efxsports reached out to me and refunded the s&h feed. It shows how they value customers and they are building a business on the basis on trust and customer satisfaction.
My original review was: I ordered lean fit xtreme capsules (thank god it was a sample size and i only paid s&h) .The capsules smell like a dead fish. I vomit everytime i open the container. I even tried taking 1 capsule the next morning after receiving and i started feeling like i was high on something (the instructions said to take 3, i only tried 1, god knows what would've happened with 3) i felt dizzy with a strong headache and my body was shaking with a super fast heartbeat. So, be aware and buy at your own risk.

Copyright infringement but refunded
I ordered a social work E-book for school. When I went to download it, it popped up with, "this file has been removed due to a DMCA claim/copyright infringement." They then provided a link with an alert attached to it, so I did not click it.
Update: The company refunded me same day and explained an issue beyond their control, so I'm increasing my stars from 1 to 5.

Hi Andrea, we found out that an outfit in Asia created a fake website with links pointing to a domain that differs by one letter from ours. We are efxsports.com, a sports nutrition brand and not a textbook seller, and they used efxsport.com (with no 's' at the end). We tried many times to get it removed and even reported their ads to Google. After a lot of effort and confusion in the marketplace, it was finally taken down. We were very sad to see that honest people like you were exploited by this outfit.
