I've bought from efloors a couple of times. They're price was competitive and I like to have the flooring shipped directly to the house. It was always a reasonble experience. This time I bought some Mohawk flooring. The product showed up and was nothing like a sample I got at a local flooring company. I asked to return the flooring. It has been 2 weeks without an update. We call them every day, and they say the case is with Mohawk. I did not buy from Mohawk I bought from efloors. Also incidently I think Mohawk is selling the same product they sell as Pergo at Home Depot for 2x the price marked as their more premium offering. All in all just buy flooring locally. Avoid Mohawk.
