Chat support eventually got it done
Chat support eventually got it done, with patience. I think the online forms could be much more intuitive for filling and editing. I also found I had to close the chat window to actually send the revisions. This, using Mozilla. I was confused by codes and moreso, the online merging of ISF [demanded NOW] and arrival notice [much later] data.

Online processing with reasonable fees. Note up to 2 days to get the ISF bond and submit to CBP
Online processing with reasonable fees, support, and online info. Only surprise was that after I purchased the ISF it said it could take up to 2 days to get the bond and submit, which maybe I missed, but didn't seem prominently displayed up front before deciding to purchase. The bond came through quickly however, and it all worked out well.

Overall Great Site!
The entire process could be a little better explained. However, the site does a descent job of walking you through the steps needed in a fluid manner.

This is a fantastic service
This is a fantastic service, only reason not 5 stars is when we pay with a credit card, we get hit with a foreign transaction fee. there are 3 or 4 payments for a typical import. It would be great if they got set up with a US based bank merchant account to process cards for stateside customers. But that is my only complaint.
