Would not recommend
Eezy import has been a pain to work with. They got my paperwork filled wrong which ended up detaining my vehicle by customs for a month. No apology or explanation. I even got hit with a $200 dock fee for the car sitting at the port which they would not even acknowledge or attempt to do anything to help me out. Would not recommend as I paid hundreds of dollars in extra “fees” when everything was done incorrectly.

Dear Lucas, We're sorry to hear you're not pleased with the broker's service. As our platform operates in a DIY method, the broker relies on the information the importers enter the system. Since the arrival date you entered was two weeks later than the actual arrival date, the broker did not file the entry until the 23rd of the month. In addition, the CBP has further delayed your clearance due to a review. Unfortunately, the broker has no control over CBP reviews and cannot cancel nor expedite the exams or revoke any port charges caused by the delay in clearance. We will always be happy to assist should you choose to use our services in the future.

worse service ever
I used eezyimport since this is my first time importing things and the results is horrible. They don’t inform you about the necessary steps to take or anything and now the goods I imported for around $2700, I have to now pay a penalty to the warehouse for around $5000. This is the worse service and I won’t advice anyone using this service. The broker is horrible with communication and won’t inform you about the necessary steps to take. It’s really a horrible experience and never again. Find a better service than eezyimport. Is there was a zero I would have given them. Wasted my time and money and now I have absolutely nothing. Worse service ever

Importing for the first time can be confusing for those who are unfamiliar with the process and aren't aware of the division of responsibilities between the different providers. That is why we try our best to provide our customers with as much information as possible, including the next steps they need to take to obtain their shipment. In addition to that, our support team is available and makes an effort to assist even in issues that don't relate to the Customs Clearance process.

If it's not eezy then this is not the company to use
If it's not eezy then this is not the company to use. Granted, filing ISF 10 + 2 is simple on their system and setting up the entry as well but as far as them having any idea of how to assist an importer and or general knowledge of the HTSUS codes they have none and when I suggest to enter as a TIB as will be reexported instead of entering under as a consumption duty free they completely ignore the request and instead use a customers valuable time going back and forth only to inform you that they cannot handle the entry. If your shipment is not eezy don't count on this company.

Unfortunately, your shipment didn't fall into this category, and requires the traditional brokerage process to make sure it is handled properly, and to avoid unnecessary costs. Many first-timers who aren't familiar with the import process find it a bit confusing and aren't always sure which charge belongs to their freight forwarder and which has to do with the customs clearance process.
