Editorialist found what I couldn't in the store
I tried to find this jacket in a 44S at the Bloomingdales near me (Old Orchard). The sales person even checked the online inventory across many stores, but it just wasn't there. When I got home, I googled the description of the jacket, and voila...the Editorialist found it. It arrived quickly and is now at the tailor for minor alterations

One of the best sites to shop!
Wonderful customer service with quick response time. Honestly, the best I’ve ever experienced. As a first time customer, I was pleased to get the assistance I needed with very friendly responses. Great selection of brands and deals. Shipping was very quick as well. All around great experience shopping with Editorialist!

Love My New Skirt
Site was very user friendly and my order shipped quickly and arrived just when it said it was. More importantly, the skirt is absolutely adorable.

They put me at complete ease the week before my wedding!
I ordered earrings for my wedding, and there was an issue with the shipping, so I reached out to Editorialist to make sure they would arrive in time. The team at Editorialist was SO helpful and incredibly quick to respond, which immediately put me at ease. They rerouted the package, expedited the shipping, and kept me updated every step of the way. I received my earrings on Monday of wedding week, and they are absolutely beautiful!
