Great customer service
Great company based on my experience. Went above and beyond to secure a replacement for the same price when an item I ordered was no longer available after the purchase was initially made. Great communication keeping me up to date on what was happening and throughout the shipping process. Highly recommended!

They FOUND my size!!!!
The shoe I wanted and in my size was completely sold out. And I couldn't find it anywhere else online. BUT, somehow the Editorialist found it! SO HAPPY!

Wonderful experience! Ordered a pair of high-end shoes at a decent price. Because of the tariff situation, shipping took a little longer than expected but my shoes arrived without issue. Impressed. Thank yiu Editorialist!

Amazing. The item was no longer available from their primary partner duo, so they took the extra step to source it from an alternative partners and covered the additional cost with no added expense on my end!
